Food delivery ebikes

Anyone out there doing food delivery?  Carry the container on the bike rack or on your back?   Fat tire or regular tire?  ebike with pedals or you prefer larger emoped?

Probably e-bikes is better. The mopeds look cool but they not very future proof as cities are already talking about insurance and rules, and they're bulky and annoying if you have to hop on the sidewalk to park.  Pedestrians are starting to get annoyed about this and more likely to give you dirty looks. Fat tires are nice for comfort and most peeps seem to use those.  I cant really speak to how people carry the bag, but the thing you really want to focus on is battery capacity - range is everything.   So having said that, you are more likely to get bigger battery in a e-moped.  So you got pros and cons.
