Toronto bike shop that will true up a wheel for an ebike with wide tire

Hello
Does anyone know a Toronto bike service shop that can true up a wheel for an ebike? My wheel is slightly off balance and I called my local Cyclepath and I was advised that their brackets are not wide enough to fit in e-bike tire as they are much wider than regular bicycles.
