I have the Meepo V3S board and when I accelerate one wheel is spinning, but the other is stuck. I understand this is running from the same motor? Anyone had similar problems? help please!

Yea, this board has 2 motors. Have you run through some puddles or got caught up in some rain possibly? It might be water damage.
